Shipping Policy
At Green2Green DC, we are committed to providing a seamless and discreet delivery experience for all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
**Order Processing:**
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
**Shipping Methods & Rates:**
- We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- **Standard Shipping (3-5 business days):** $5.99
- **Express Shipping (1-2 business days):** $14.99
- **Free Shipping:** On orders over $100
**Discreet Packaging:**
- All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.
**Shipping Restrictions:**
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Due to federal and state regulations, we do not ship to states where cannabis products are not legal. Please check your local laws before placing an order.
- We require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
**Return Policy**
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
**Return Eligibility:**
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Perishable goods, such as edibles, are not eligible for returns.
**Return Process:**
1. **Contact Us:** Email our customer service team at returns@green2green.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. **Approval:** Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. **Return Shipping:** Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip. Affix the return shipping label to the package.
4. **Refund Processing:** Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
**Exchanges:**
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Gift cards
